About me
Backend depth, front-end polish and a team lead’s sense of delivery.
I’m Shubhangi, a senior full-stack developer based in Delhi NCR, India. I started as a PHP developer in 2016, worked on product teams in Noida, and then spent six years at my previous organization, moving from Senior Software Engineer to Assistant Team Lead to Team Leader.
As a team lead I ran client communication, estimates, kick-off and status meetings, and kept scope, budget and risk in check while still writing code. Today I work independently with startups, SaaS companies and agencies, mostly on Laravel and Node.js backends with React, Next.js or Vue on the front.
I’m at home in existing, complex codebases. Clients bring me in to stabilise an app, make it faster, or carry a product from MVP to scale, and many of them come back for the next project.
